Javier Santero, Director of Operations
Javier is at the helm of our operations and logistics. Javier brings to our team a wealth of experience and knowledge as well as his passion to create extraordinary experiences. Javier hails from Spain, and attended the University of Salamanca as a major in Nuclear Atomic Engineering. Despite his smarts in the sciences, Javier found his passion while working as a busboy at Rancho Bernardo Inn just after he moved to the US at age 22. While working a wedding and seeing the sheer joy and excitement it brought to the guests, he parted ways with his studies, and never looked back! With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Javier has built his résumé at the Four Seasons Aviara, the Grand Del Mar, Terranea Resort & Spa, and finally alongside Chef Donald at Paradise Point Resort And here they are again—team mates at Culinary Concepts.
Javier has a love of golf and being on the links, traveling , camping and spending time with family. He loves coming to work everyday to meet the challenge of perfection of producing another event flawlessly. Javier looks forward to making your special event one you will never forget!
