Anita Howry, Operations Manager
Anita Howry works alongside Javier to ensure that the execution of every Culinary Concepts event is flawless. She has a diverse and impressive background that touches nearly every element of event planning, A 35 year veteran of the restaurant industry, her talents have improved operational processes, purchasing processes and hiring practices. After starting at a local bowling alley coffee shop in college, she found career success as a bookkeeper, corporate trainer, banquet manager, sales manager, VP of operations and purchasing manager for large corporate restaurants. She even was on the opening team of 22 restaurants across the US, Mexico and the Far East!
When not at the office, you can find Anita at Padres games, as she is an avid fan. Padre Spring Training in Peoria, AZ is one of her favorite things! She loves the diversity of off-premise catering and the insanely creative group of people she works with everyday.
