There wasn’t a cloud in sight at North Torrey Pines State Beach which made a perfect evening for an intimate dinner for 45 guests. Chef Donald created his usual fresh and unique pieces from Duck Confit Crostini to Tellicherry Pepper Crusted Seared Ahi. The menu was filled with vibrant colors and flavors that was breathtaking.
