Friday’s Flavor Forecast

The Culinary Concepts team is always willing to do food flavor “research”, so a few of us gathered at Herb-and-Wood to share some small plates and ask our favorite question;  “have you tried the ……?”.  The food, service & experience was extraordinary! The photos are just of a few of the tantalizing dishes we tried; avocado salad with toasted hemp seed, smoked trout, and hiramasa and yuzokosho.
