]]> If you thought it was difficult cooking dinner for your family last Thursday during the Great Blackout of 2011, imagine what it was like catering a dinner for 200!

Our crew was already on site at the SD Air & Space Museum when the power went out, but it only took a second to put the gears into motion—Generator? Check!  Votive candles? Check!  Positive attitude and motivation to get the job done?  Oh yeah!

Here’s what the client had to say:

We were all VERY pleased by the turn out for our event last Thursday. You guys are amazing and very smart for having a back up generator! Your meals were delicious; customers loved it and went to the buffet for seconds!! You have a wonderful staff and it definitely showed on Thursday’s power outage. All in all, It was unfortunate what happened on Thursday with the power outage but I must say it definitely made everyone connect and socialize! :)

Again, thank you and your team for all of your hard work. We will def be thinking of you on any catering services we will need in the future!
