Turning Lemons into Lemonade?
If you thought it was difficult cooking dinner for your family last Thursday during the Great Blackout of 2011, imagine what it was like catering a dinner for 200!
Our crew was already on site at the SD Air & Space Museum when the power went out, but it only took a second to put the gears into motion—Generator? Check! Votive candles? Check! Positive attitude and motivation to get the job done? Oh yeah!
Here’s what the client had to say:
We were all VERY pleased by the turn out for our event last Thursday. You guys are amazing and very smart for having a back up generator! Your meals were delicious; customers loved it and went to the buffet for seconds!! You have a wonderful staff and it definitely showed on Thursday’s power outage. All in all, It was unfortunate what happened on Thursday with the power outage but I must say it definitely made everyone connect and socialize! 
Again, thank you and your team for all of your hard work. We will def be thinking of you on any catering services we will need in the future!
