Offering a helping hand!

How do we orchestrate a LARGE event, while providing opportunities to dedicated, hard workers? 

For the UCSD Gala in November, we needed extra staff to help with kitchen preparation. We got in touch with IRC in San Diego’s Employment Department who recommended twenty extremely dedicated job seekers, and hired the refugees for temporary positions to help with the event.
