The Rotating House

Perched atop Mount Helix, featuring a 360 degree view, the Rotating House is unlike any other location we've seen.  It is a unique spot for intimate dinners and events.  The 5,100 sq-ft house is decorated in a modern, contemporary style with bright, bold colors.  The home displays views from Tijuana, downtown San Diego, Coronado and the ocean north to La Jolla and beyond, and east to Mission Trails Park, El Cajon and out to the Laguna Mountains.

The home has a stational 1st floor garage with a central elevator that serves as a front door to the home.  The structure is 80 feet in diameter and has a living-dining room, kitchen, office, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 2nd level.  The 1st floor houses a family room, bathroom, and the garage where cars park on the turntables that rotate so that they never need to be backed out. 

Capacities: 75-100 guests for reception style events on the main floor only,  125-150 guests for reception style events in the entire home, 30 guests for a sit down event in dining room.
