New Culinary “Concepts” procured during European “Business Trip”

 

Co-owners Kathy Koenig, Manfred Gerzabek and their respective spouses are on a MUCH DESERVED trip to Paris, the French Countryside and Spain.  So the rest of us are just goofing off!  (Just kidding Kathy!!)…

In actuality, we are gearing up for BIG weekend, polishing off the final details to cater the prestigious Air & Space Museum Gala.  We are quite excited, and honored to be selected for this VIP event!

Meanwhile, Manfred and Kathy inspect produce at the Parisian farmer’s markets, visit the butcher for fresh meat and fish, and NO DOUBT hit up the wine store and cheese shop on the way back their flat. No we’re not jealous at all….
