Being a bridesmaid is hard work!

All the duties of a bridesmaid will work up an appetite, and a thirst!  These lovely ladies in yellow enjoyed a much-deserved cocktail hour after the Wedding Ceremony of Rebecca and Chip at Orfila earlier this summer....

Is it time for our cheese plate? It's got to be 5:00 o'clock somewhere!

Just an ode to everyone's favorite dairy product.  We found a cool resource, pretty much THE enclyclopedia of cheese:  www.cheese.com.   Cheeses that you didn't even know existed!  You can sort by Country of Origin, Texture, Name, etc....Crack open a bottle of your favorite wine and get to cheese tasting!

Strike a Pose--work that runway, Jeff!! Fashow show of our new uniform...

We need your feedback--thoughts on our new uniform?  We will still have the traditional black/white tuxedo available, but think this is a little more modern of a look.  Your opinion?

Let them know whose steak it is!

This is the best idea we've heard all week!  Brand your steaks for your wedding with your mongram, or for your corporate event with your logo!  It's a great, cheap way to personalize your event even further, and add a "wow" moment when the entree is served!  Branding irons can be personalized for a reasonable price, and you can keep it after your event to use in the future.  Brands also make a unique gift for Groomsmen (why be sexist--for the Bridesmaids too!!)

one more reason the new Robert Paine Scripps Forum is awesome!

The Scripps forum now makes it even easier to book events at their breathtaking waterfront venue:  a calendar of availability that you can check yourself to see if your date is open!

We hope some of our other venues follow suit...unfortunately, they may have made it SO easy to book that a vast majority of dates are already taken!  If you find the date you want, we suggest you jump on it--they are going fast!
